Construction Wraps Up for Livingston Place at Southern Ave.

Construction has wrapped up for Livingston Place at Southern Avenue with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony planned for June 4th. The first affordable assisted living community in Ward 8 offers 152 apartments for seniors 60+ who earn 60% or less of the AMI. Residents will receive meals, personal care services, and transportation services.
