Courtyard by Marriott Acquired for $24.75 Million
The Courtyard by Marriott, a recently renovated 99-key hotel located in Oldsmar, Florida, has been acquired for $24.75 million. According to Pinellas County records, the buyer KMD Hospitality Management LLC purchased the hotel in two separate transactions. One transaction was for $11.5 million and the other for $13.25 million. Public records also show that KMD obtained loans for $11.68 million from GROW Financial and loans for $9.65 million from DFCU Financial. Hotel amenities include a pool, fitness center, and restaurant. The location is close to offices, industrial, and retail properties and is approximately 12 miles from Tampa International Airport.
