Crescendo at City Ridge Now Leasing
Crescendo at City Ridge has announced that it is now leasing. The development features a robust suite of distinctive amenities, services, and community events.
Rooftop Spaces
The complex features unique dining and cooking options including a pizza oven and smoker. There are six rooftops featuring entertainment suites, a reflecting pool, a greenhouse, and many other elevated amenities.
Creators Studios
There are also creators studios available, where you can nrush up on your knitting, take a cooking class, practice your watercolors, host a podcast, etc.
The Den
The Den is an area within Botanica that is described as the game room you've always dreamed of.
Anna’s House
Anna's House is a rooftop greenhouse and garden for planting that doubles as a verdant, sophisticated, and memorable venue for dinner parties or garden parties.
Fitness Studios
Well-being comes easy here. Explore more than 4,500 square feet of residents-only fitness, featuring the latest in fitness technology like Hydrow rowers, Tonal’s tech-forward strength training systems, and Peloton bikes, plus aerial yoga, TRX suspension systems, and additional indoor and outdoor options.

Pin Oak Park
Anytime is playtime at Pin Oak Park, a private, residents-only playground nestled next to Crescendo.
There is also something called the Ridge Club, a members-only pool and social club. This rooftop oasis is complete with indoor–outdoor dining, a 28-foot-wide LED screen for community events, a 25-yard lap pool, full locker room facilities, and a lounge. And, of course, great company. Membership to this club is available to residents for an additional fee.
