City Ridge Update 08/12/21

Site Improvements Underway at City Ridge

A permit has been pulled to being site improvements at the City Ridge project. Work will include new sidewalks including ADA ramps, relocation of traffic signals, new benches, and landscaping.  This 10-acre former headquarters of Fannie Mae is being transformed into a 1.15 million-square-foot mixed-use project.
