Crest City Capital Acquires Charlotte Multifamily
Crest City Capital has acquired the University Northside Apartments for $3.27 million. The 29-unit multifamily complex features renovated studio-, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes. The property is ideally located near the campuses of Central Piedmont Community College and University of North Carolina at Charlotte, just north of NODA & south of University City, it is the second-fastest-growing submarket of Charlotte. Crest City Capital, based in Boston, has a diverse portfolio across various well-performing markets in the US.
