The 132-unit townhome & garden-style apartment complex is situated just 8 miles from downtown Columbia. The Vue at St. Andrews offers spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units along with a swimming pool, gym, and playground. Since acquiring the property in 2021 Crest City Capital has executed their value add business plan which allowed the firm to exceed investor expectations through strong distributions while continuing to drive rent growth. The Crest City team constantly aims to diversify their portfolio to include all asset types, including multifamily projects.
