Crest City Capital Completes Brookline Luxury Estate
Work has been completed for the gut renovation of 460 Walnut Road in Brookline and it was sold this month for $5.4MM. Boutique private equity and real estate development firm Crest City Capital acquired the single-family home in 2022 and has designed a renovation that mixes modern luxury & architectural grandeur. The main level of the home offers gracious, formal living & dining rooms, a stately library along with an expansive open-plan kitchen/family room.
