Crews Celebrate the Topping Off Milestone at FIU Sweetwater
FIU’s K2 Sweetwater Student Residences project topped out at 23 stories last week! ✔️ Located across the street from the Florida International University campus in the flourishing University City district, the student-housing complex will boast a rooftop terrace with views of the city, 932 units and 20,000SF of amenity space designed to fulfill the needs of busy college students, which will include a fitness center, resort-style pool, co-working spaces, study rooms, dog run, and 15,000SF of future retail space.
