Framing Rising for Block 55
Framing for the Sawyer’s Walk project, also known as Block 55, is rapidly progressing. The project features approximately 1.4 million square feet of new construction and occupies a full city block alongside Interstate 95. The new building will include 578 affordable apartments for seniors, 250,000 square feet of retail space, 1,050 parking spaces, and a 1,400 square-foot police substation.
