Coastal Construction Tops Out Block 55
On June 15th the Coastal Construction team celebrated a huge milestone at the Sawyer’s Walk/Block 55 topping out ceremony! The 18-story, 1.4 million-square-foot development will bring 578 units to Miami’s affordable housing market. The project also includes 250,000 square feet of retail space.
