Crews Celebrate the Topping Off Milestone at PGA Station in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl
We recently celebrated the topping-out of PGA Station in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. It is an 8 Story Residential Building - 44,000 SF Footprint of tunnel forming and 14,250 SF Footprint of adjacent conventional formed decks for a total of 466,000 SF elevated residential slabs with 396 residential units, and One 8-Story Parking Garage structure – 26,400 SF Footprint of column-hung table constructed decks for 211,000 SF elevated concrete slabs. Congrats to our co-workers and partners on this accomplishment!
