Crown Heights Development Site Scooped Up for $12M
A 2-story commercial building, located at 827 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, has just been acquired for $12 million. It was purchased by Kriss Capital from the previous owner, Auto Storage Sys Services Inc, in a deal brokered by Roleco LLC.
The old structure likely won't last for long though because has already filed permits to replace it with a 7-story residential development. The new building would contain rental apartments, a cellar level, and a rear yard space. Designed by , it would stand feet tall and total square feet.
