Cut & Cap Permit Pulled for 566 Columbus Ave
A permit has been pulled to abandon the existing gas service at 566 Columbus Avenue in preparation for site construction. In December 2019, New Boston Ventures won approval to replace the Harriett Tubman House with a new 6-story mixed-use project. The upcoming building will include a community-oriented ground floor with 5,000 square feet of commercial space, an art exhibition gallery, modern community space for the United South End Settlements, and 66 residential homeownership units.
