Demo Ongoing to Make Way for UMass Boston's New 4-Acre Quad
Demo is ongoing at UMass Boston with crews currently taking down the former pool building, with the plaza parking garage and plaza set for removal next. The demo will make way for a new 4 acre landscaped quadrangle providing a campus gathering space and circulation between buildings. Construction is expected to be completed in 2022.
