Demo Permit Apps Filed for Allston Square Project
A series of demo permit applications have been filed for various addresses in Allston to make way for the approved Allston Square project. Allston Square is set to include over 350,000 square feet of space across 6 buildings. The mixed-use project will offer 348 units of housing, including 237 condominium units and 104 rental apartments along with more than 10,000 square feet of additional street-level open space, 9,000 square feet of public art space, and 15,765 square feet of new retail space. The project won BPDA approval this past November.
