Demo Permit Issued, $7.8M Loan Pulled for 197 Green Street Construction
City Realty Boston has secured a construction mortgage from Needham Bank for $7,840,000. The developer has proposed to build a four-story, 23-residental-unit building on the property, receiving approval from the BPDA in March of 2019.
A cut & cap permit and demolition permit were issued to the developer last month to begin work on the property.
