Demo Permit Application Filed for 50-56 Leo Birmingham Parkway
The Boston Landmarks Commission has received an application to demolish the commercial structure at 50-56 Leo Birmingham Parkway in Brighton. The demolition would make way for a 6-story residential project to feature 49 condos and 52 parking spaces.

A permit for new gas service install has been issued for the upcoming luxury condo project, TEMPO in JP. The new building will feature 39 luxury homes along with 20 parking spaces and 3 ground floor retail spaces. Construction is expected to be completed by March 2020.
Demo Permit Pulled for 301 Border St. Site in East Boston
A demo permit has been pulled to remove 2 brick and concrete building at 310 Border Street in East Boston. The demo will make way for the 64 unit condo project that is approved for the site. Along with the new condos, the upcoming project will also include around 1,000 square feet of ground-floor retail plus parking for 42 cars.
Allston Square Project Approved
The six-building, mixed-use Allston Square project has been approved by the Boston Planning Board. The design plan will incorporate the preservation of two classic buildings: Allston Hall at 4 Braintree St. and the Allen Building, the former headquarters of Jack Young Auto Parts at 334 Cambridge St along with four new construction buildings. In total, the project will include 348 residential units, over 15,000 square feet of retail space and parking for 158 vehicles.

41 Unit Condo Project Under Review in Brighton
City Realty has submitted a Small Project Review Application for a proposed 41 unit condo development at 11 Faneuil Street in Brighton. The project would replace the existing commercial property whcih is now home to a Meinke Shop and The Bagman Store. Units at 11 Faneuil would range in size from studios through 3 bedrooms, most to feature their own private decks. The project would also include a common roof deck and parking for 51 cars in a semi-automated garage.
Brighton Condo Project Approved
BPDA has approved the 49 unit condo project at 50 Leo Birmingham Parkway in Brighton. The project, just a few blocks from the Boston Landing, will also feature bike storage and 52 parking spaces.
New Plans Unveiled for Allston Square
City Realty has unveiled the new design for its exciting redevelopment project, Allston Square. Incorporating the desires and goals of the local community, the project will revitalize the intersection which serves as the gateway to Allston-Brighton while maintaining the history that makes the neighborhood special. Allston Square will transform a vacant and underutilized stretch of industrial warehouses and parking lots into a vibrant town square of housing, retail, public art and open space connected throughout the project.
