The project will feature approximately 48,000 square feet of office space on the 2nd and 3rd floors to be used by Horizons for Homeless Children plus another 87,500 square feet of office space designated for social service programs. The building will also feature 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space plus parking for 157 cars.
