Demo Permit Pulled for Old Colony Final Development
A demolition permit for 7 apartment buildings within the Anne M. Lynch Homes has been filed with the City of Boston. Part of the massive Old Colony Housing redevelopment, phase 3 calls for the demo of the eight existing residential buildings comprised of 250 units to make room for four new buildings to feature 301 units.
