Demolition Completed at 1313 L St. NW
Demolition has been completed of the 6-floor office building that stood at 1313 L St. NW. WCS Construction and its demolition subcontractor, The Berg Corporation, had the unique challenge of keeping the lower foundations and parking garage in place to be utilized in Phase 2, a new 10-story multi-family being developed by Lincoln Company.
