Demolition Nears Completion at 1300 West Carroll Avenue
1300 West Carroll Avuene was once the ADM Wheat Mill of the industrial West Loop, but now we see the last sign of the historic industrial neighborhood start to disappear. The final silos have begun being dismantled. Sterling Bay Developers bought the land from ADM in 2018 for $25 million. As of right now, there has not been any proposed development for this land. However, Sterling Bay is developing a property adjacent to this land at 1200 West Carroll Avenue.
