Demolition Permit Issued for 40-Story Tower in Downtown Miami
Miami's Building Department has issued Aria Development Group a demolition permit for the structure at 501 Northeast First Avenue. The structure set for demolition was built in 1924. Aria Development Group plans to build a 40-story tower called "501 First".
501 First is planned to rise 40-stories and include 448 condos as well as 10,000 square feet of retail.
