Design Planning Underway for Second Lab Development at Reactory in Worcester
Galaxy Life Sciences has enlisted MidPoint Engineering to design its second development at The Reactory in Worcester. The development site, Lot-A, features 21 acres of space and the development will feature a biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Formerly the site of the Worcester State Hospital, The Reactory allows for up to 470,000 square feet of development across eight shovel-ready parcels.
