Designs Under Review for Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Redevelopment
Cubed Partners have filed a voluntary design review application for the planned mixed-use project at 1800 Hamlin St. NE. Plans call for the redevelopment of an existing one-story structure currently devoted to the PGBC into a new mixed-use building containing 70 senior affordable dwelling units and a new 4,500 square foot church sanctuary with related multi-purpose and administrative rooms.
