Dev Lands $55M Loan for 25-Story Tower Project in Downtown Brooklyn
Developer, ">, has just obtained a $55 million loan for a 25-story, high-rise development, set to rise at 150 Lawrence Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Issued by Ponce Bank, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up. The building is set to contain apartment units and square feet of commercial space. This will likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level and a rear yard.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 4-story residential and commercial building, will have to be razed in order to make way for the new development.
