Permits Filed for 25-Story Mixed-Use Building in Downtown Brooklyn
Building permits have just been filed for a 25-story, high-rise development, at 150 Lawrence Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Developed by , the building is set to contain apartment units and square feet of commercial space. This will likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level and a rear yard.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 4-story residential and commercial building, will have to be razed in order to make way for the new development. Demolition permits have already been filed.
