Developer Acquires Former Sears Site for 1,500 Apartment Project
AIMCO acquired 5.6 acres of the 9-acre former site of Searstown at 901 North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. AIMCO is also under contract to purchase the remaining 3.4 acres to eventually build their planned 1,500 unit apartment project.
901 North Federal Highway is a 9-acre site with plans to build a 3 million square foot mixed-use project including 1,500 apartments.
