Developer Lands $19.72M Loan for Rockaway Storage Facility
Developer, , has just obtained a $19.72 million loan for a 6-story, self-storage development, going up at 106-02 Rockaway Beach Boulevard in Rockaway, Queens. Issued by Columbia Bank, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.
Operated by Snapbox, the building will contain 129,717 square feet of commercial storage space, as well as 3-loading berths, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
