Developer Lands $44M Loan for Marble Hill Residential Project
Developer, , has just secured a $44 million loan for a 7-story, residential project, set to rise at 170 West 225th Street in the Marble Hill neighborhood of the Bronx. Issued by BHI, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.
The building will contain rental apartments and 8,500 square feet of community facility space.
Plans also call for a cellar level, a rear yard, an enclosed parking garage (with enough room for 50 vehicles), and 10 open parking spaces.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. is serving as the general contractor for the project and construction is now underway.
