Developer Lands $62M Loan for East Village Mixed-Use Project
Developer, , has just secured a $62 million loan for a 12-story, mixed-use project, going up at 280 East Houston Street in Manhattan's East Village neighborhood. Issued by Bank OZK, this influx of capital will help to finance construction costs.
Designed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space and 1,301 square feet of community facility space.
Built by general contractor, , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet upon completion. Work is currently in the superstructure formation stage.
