Gemma Gramercy Completes in Kips Bay
General contractor, , has fully finished constructing a new, 20-story residential building, at 202 East 23rd Street in Manhattan's Kips Bay neighborhood.
Developed by , the tower is known as "Gemma Gramercy". It contains rental apartments (including 28 affordable units), offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. It also features square feet of commercial retail space, located on the ground floor.
The development boasts several tenant amenities including a residential lounge, a fitness center, a co-working space, a roof deck, and a bicycle storage area.
World-renowned firm, , is responsible for designing the structure, which stands feet tall and totals square feet. The building is also energy efficient and has been engineered to passive house standards. REAL New York is currently handling sales and marketing.
