Developer Plans 1,100 Apartments in Ft. Lauderdale
Dependable Equities has proposed 1,100 apartments in the Flagler Village neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. The building, dubbed Ombelle, will be considered by the city's Development Review Committee on May 24th.
Ombelle includes plans for 1,100 apartments, 11,217 square feet of commercial space, and 1,100 parking spots. The building will comprise two towers each rising 43 stories. There will be an amenity deck on the 10th floor with two pools, a garden, a lounge/bar, a game room, a library, a private dining room, a coworking space, a gym, a spin room, a spa, a dance studio, and a yoga studio. Apartments will range from 413 to 1,029 square feet.
