Developer Reveals First Renderings of Supertall Tower in Brickell
JDS Development Group revealed the first renderings of the supertall condo tower planned at 888 Brickell Ave. The design is currently under review by Miami-Dade planners.
Major Brickell is an 82-story, 1,049-foot supertall skyscraper at 888 Brickell Avenue. The project would include 259 condos, 50,490 square feet of restaurant and event spaces, and 250 stacked parking spaces via a car elevator. The tower will include 100,000 square feet of amenities including a private club.
