Developer Seeks Approval for Bay Harbor Islands Apartment Complex
CHBH 100 Street LLC, managed by James Curnin of developer Clara Homes, is seeking approval from Bay Harbor Islands' Development Review Committee to build an apartment complex on the .78-acre site. The committee will consider the plans for the project on June 8th.
1145 100th Street would total 144,960 square feet comprised of 45 apartments and 90 parking spaces. Apartments would range from 1,696 to 3,030 square feet. There would also be a pool deck on the roof.
