Developer Selected for Approved 600,000+ SF Lab in Mission Hill
has selected a developer for 500 Huntington Avenue in Mission Hill. The development team - Huntington Development Group - is a partnership comprised of a partnership between the Waldwin Development Company, The Fallon Company, and Owens Companies.
Approved in 2013, plans call for a two-building life science development featuring an 18-story tower and SF of mixed-use research floorspace and ground-floor retail.
