WIT Files LOI for 13-Story Residence Hall at 630 Huntington Ave.
Wentworth Institute of Technology has filed a letter of intent for a 13-story residence hall serving approximately 200 students on the site of a vacant parcel located at 630 Huntington Avenue on the WIT main campus, at the corners of Huntington Avenue, St. Alphonsus Street, and Ward Street. Per the filing construction of this project would allow WIT to redevelop or update other dorms on campus.
