Developers Land $94.2M in Financing for The Crosby Miami Worldcenter
The team developing the 33-story Crosby project at Miami Worldcenter has just been granted a $94.2 million financing loan. The short-term rental-focused structure started construction in January and once finished will offer 450 units and 3,370 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
The project is free of any rental restrictions which will allow owners to rent their condos on Air BnB or Vrbo. Sales start at $300,000 with all units already 100% sold.
