Developers Secure $113M Construction Loan for Tampa Project
Developer Gazit Horizons Inc. and partner American Land Ventures have secured a construction loan of over $113 Million from BMO Harris Bank NA for AER Tampa a 33-story development located at 300 West Tyler Street. It will be composed of 344 residential units, 10K+ sqft of retail space, and 504 parking spots. Construction is expected to begin this month, with completion projected for Q4 2024.
