Development Site in Boynton Beach, Florida Acquired for $24 Million
Developer BB Living has acquired a 39.2-acre vacant site in Boynton Beach according to Palm Beach County records. Public records also show that the buyer obtained a $63 loan from Western Alliance Bank. The site in unincorporated Palm Beach County’s agricultural reserve has been approved for a 314-unit apartment complex. The location is convenient to multiple offices, shopping and dining venues and is approximately 10 miles from the beach.
