Development Team Selected for Waterfront Parcel in Providence
Riverside Partners LLC, Stack+Co. in partnership with Brass Rat Inc., has been designated to develop the 1A waterfront parcel in Providence, RI. “The Green Link” will provide continuity along the Urban Coastal Greenway, maximize the existing open green space, and activate the green space with a combination of retail, commercial, and community spaces at ground floors, and housing above. Plans call for 10 family-sized residential condominiums with 3 community-focused commercial units and multi-level open spaces with over 13,000 square feet of accessible area.
