Dual Brand Hotel Tower Planned for Scotts Run South
Plans are under review for a 17-story dual-brand hotel tower on the Westgate Block within the Scotts Run South Development. KM Hotels is under contract to purchase Building Site A which was previously approved for office use. Now the firm is proposing a 227,000-square-foot hotel set to combine two of Hilton’s more modern offerings, Home2 Suites & Canopy. The hotel will include a rooftop restaurant and bar area along with meeting rooms and courtyards.
