Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners to Reposition 660 North Capitol St NW

Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners has announced plans to reposition 660 North Capitol Street NW in Washington, DC. Upgrades to the property will include lobby renovations, improvements to the penthouse and rooftop terrace amenity, and a turnkey spec suite program aimed at attracting and retaining tenants at the building.

Eagle Cliff, on behalf of an institutional investor, assumed ownership and management of the asset on December 19th and has retained JLL to represent them on office leasing and Lincoln Property Company on property services. “660 North Capitol is exactly the kind of asset that we believe warrants continued investment and will outperform the market as tenants seek the highest quality product in the best locations for their future tenancy,” said Paul Teti of Eagle Cliff. 660 North Capitol is a LEED Gold certified building that already boasts an on-site gym, conference center, floor-to-ceiling windows, and generous ceiling heights as well as a 255-space underbuilding parking garage.

“We believe that discerning tenants are going to require that landlords continue to improve the workspace environment in order to make long-term commitments and that’s exactly what we plan to do at 660” said Teti. Construction of the improvements will begin in early 2024.
