East Boston Church Conversion Project Acquired for $10 Million
Frankfort Gove LLC has sold 128 Gove Street to developer for $10,000,000. Formerly the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, the site was approved for redevelopment in 2019. Plans call for new construction of 108 condominiums incorporating the historic church building.
