Element Melbourne Beach Breaks Ground
Crews have officially started construction on the Marriott brand hotel, Element Melbourne Beach. The hotel will feature 130 rooms with amenities such as in-unit full-sized kitchens, cooktops, dishwashers, and spa-inspired bathrooms. The hotel will also offer a bike rental station, laundry room, second-story pool deck, and dining options. The hotel is scheduled to open for business in 2024.
