Miami Riverside Wharf Receives Unanimous City Commision Support
The Miami City Commision gave unanimous support for the Riverside Wharf plans. Riverside Wharf is a 10-story, 1.5 acre entertainment complex along the Miami River. The complex will feature a 165-key hotel. MV Real Estate Holdings is developing the complex alongside Driftwood Capital and Merrimac Ventures.
The next step of the approval process lies with Miami voters, who will have the opportunity to vote whether to extend the land lease for development.
