Excavation Kicks Off for Boerum Hill Apartment Project
Excavation is about to begin for a 9-story residential building at 52 Fourth Avenue in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Developed by , the building will contain 52 residential units and 5,482 square feet of ground-floor retail. It will also have 383 square feet of community facility space. Designed by , the structure is set to stand 95 feet tall and total 55,000 square feet. is the general contractor tasked with bringing the structure to life. Several buildings have been torn down in order to make way for the new development, and at this time demolition is fully complete.
