Foundations in Place at 52 4th Avenue
The foundation of a 9-story, mixed-use building, has now been poured at 52 4th Avenue in Brooklyn's Boerum Hill neighborhood.
Developed by Metropolitan Realty Exemptions and Real Land Group LLC, the building will contain rental apartments (available in one and two-bedroom configurations) and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for a cellar level and 383 square feet of community facility space.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.
is serving as the general contractor of the project. The construction board states that construction is anticipated to complete by the winter of 2024, but with only a foundation constructed so far, this timeline suggests that the project may be stalled (although this is only speculation).
