Excavation Underway at 237 McGuinness Boulevard
General contractor, , has begun to excavate the foundation of a 9-story, mixed-use development, set to rise at 237 McGuinness Boulevard in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood. Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The new development is being constructed on the former site of a Speedway gas station.
