General contractor, , and subcontractor, Mayrich Construction Corp, have started excavation work for a 26-story commercial tower, set to rise at 125 West 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan.

Developed by , the mixed-use building will contain square feet of office space and 47,436 square feet of community facility space.

The project site consists of a rectangularly shaped lot, spanning approximately 16,000 square feet. Designed by , 125 West 57th Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to complete by June 2025.
