Excavation Underway for UES Residential Tower
General contractor, , has started excavating the foundation of a 33-story residential tower, at 1299 3rd Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Developed by , the building will contain just condo units. Given their size, these will presumably be luxury residences. Plans also call for square feet of commercial space, which would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Designed by , 1299 3rd Avenue is set to stand feet tall and will total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by mid-2025.
